This privacy policy explains how The Refillable Candle Company (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects any information you provide when you place an order with us or use our website.
We’re committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We will never sell or rent your information, and we’ll only use it in the ways set out in this policy.
When you place an order
When you order from us, we collect the information needed to process and deliver your order, including:
- Your first and last name
- Your company name, if applicable
- Your billing address and postcode
- Your email address
- Your phone number
If your delivery address is different, we’ll also collect the shipping address, postcode, and recipient name.
When you make a payment
You can pay for your order using PayPal or a credit or debit card. Payments are processed using secure, established payment providers who operate their own privacy policies.

We don’t store or have access to your full payment details.
When you create an account
You can place an order without creating an account. If you choose to register, we don’t ask for any additional personal information.
Having an account simply allows you to log in and have your details pre-filled for future orders.
When you sign up to our emails
If you choose to join our mailing list, we’ll collect your name and email address so we can send you updates such as news, offers, restocks, and product launches. You can also choose to share your birthday (and we might send you a little treat).

When you visit our website
We use cookies to understand how people use our website so we can improve how it works. This is done using Google Analytics, and the data collected is anonymous.
We also use essential cookies to make sure the site functions properly, such as remembering items in your basket as you browse and check out. If you’re not logged into an account, this data remains anonymous.
Why we collect this data
We collect personal data so we can:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Communicate with you about your purchase
- Provide customer support if something goes wrong
